Katherine has over 20 years of finance and alternative investment experience in venture capital, private equity and with family offices. She is a frequent speaker and content provider to investment conferences and publications world-wide.

Katherine has worked for 8 family offices, and 4 Billionaires. She was licensed with FINRA and was a principal at 2 brokers dealers and has worked on over $5B worth of transactions on both the investment banking sell side and buy side with primaries, secondaries and investment funds. She has been on investment teams and investment committees and boards since 2007 and has done global due diligence, allocation and portfolio management for portfolios totaling over $4B.

Her work has expanded to also include advising companies and funds on their investments, due diligence, operations, fundraising and strategy. Her current roles: Senior Director of Venture Funds at TEDCO, Board Member and Advisor Nottingham Spirk Family Office, Investment Committee for University Impact, Climate Tech Founder's Fund Oversight Committee and Head of the Investment Committee for Beyond Impact, Fund II. She is an early-stage Angel Investor, board member of Citrine Angels, and likes to focus on female and diverse founders, sustainable blue and green technologies, and impact related companies.
