Dave Zimmerman hails from Newport News, VA. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1995 as a distinguished military graduate, with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science. He holds a Master’s of Science in Information Systems Technology Management from Touro University and a Master’s of Science in National Security and Resource Strategy from the Eisenhower School at National Defense University.

Dave retired from the Army in 2024 after 29 years of service to our nation where he served in a broad mix of operational medicine and aviation assignments. Most notable are his 6 terms as a Commander, 7 deployments to combat, and his assignments at the strategic levels of the Department of Defense.

In his experiences following military service he spent time inside the Department of Veterans Affairs and as a government contractor supporting the Indian Health Service. As the CEO of Juliet Consulting founded in 2024, Dave chartered the business to support small businesses in their navigation of DOD Contracting in support of the warfighter. Additionally, Dave serves on the board for two separate nonprofits that support military veterans.

Dave is an avid golfer, hunter and fisherman and enjoys the outdoors.
